Maintaining an inner liner position at a certain depth in the TBR (Truck & Bus Radial) tires is very important for the production quality.

After the tire is manufactured, the inner liner tester, an EC sensor, can be used to touch the tire test surface to accurately measure the thickness of the rubber in real time.

The inner liner tester generates a magnetic field to detect eddy currents in the tire’s steel cord and measure the rubber thickness between the sensor and the steel cord with excellent repeatability and precision.
